time: 30 April (9 a.m.) - 1 May 2010 (until 7-8 p.m.). You can arrive on the 29th after 3 p.m. and leave on the 2nd of May

The cost of workshops is 120 GBP (British pounds), payable as a British cheque to Sarah Luczaj (60 pounds as a reservation), the other 60 pounds is payable upon arrival. Most participants are Polish but I speak fluent English and if foreiegners come the workshops are bilingual.

We do not refund the reservation, however for cancellations before 30th of March I can move you to another workshop if there is a place.

I reserve the right to cancel the workshops (so far this has happened once in 5 years - due to pneumonia...) - in this case I will refund the reservation but cannot refund other costs e.g. tickets.

We will be camping in a spectacular little wooded valley in the Carpathians, cooking wild plants and insects. For the workshops you need to take typical outdoor equipment (boots, raincoat, torch, matches, pan, mug, knife). Although we are going to eat as much wild food as possible I advise you to take 1 kg of flour and/or some small provisions. We try to make both purely wild dishes and some combinations of wild ingredients and flour, oil etc. Please take a tent or at least a 2 x 3 m plastic sheet to protect you from rain. My place is located 1.5 hrs from Rzeszów airport, which has Ryanair flights from/to London, Bristol, Liverpool and Birmingham, as well as Lufthansa flights from/to Frankfurt.
